My big girl!

Chloe is growing up so quickly! At the end of the year last year, she joined the girl scout troop at our school. However, all her friends in the troop were a year ahead of her in school and now attend a different building. SO, the troop meetings are at a different building. Not an issue, I normally pick her up after school, take her to her meeting and kill some time while she is there. But today, she was riding to the meeting with another parent (who happens to be a teacher in the district and the troop leader). I am not the one taking her, I am not the one who is making sure she is where she needs to be, and I don't know EXACTLY where she is (they had an outing). WOW! Giant steps for this mom who would normally be considered over protective! But, this all has to happen sooner or later and I trust the people she is with! No matter, she is my baby and I will miss her until I go to pick her up, (1/2 hour and counting)!
