Every few weeks, we pack a bag and head north to stay with Daddy. This last weekend, Chloe was working on her 'list' of things to do for the weekend. Ever since school started, she loves to write and does everything from keeping a journal to copying words from a book. Well, this list had things on it like 'Play with doleys (dollies), go to the fare (Clay Co.), and one that looked like this-Chloe, Mommy, Daddy, :) 2 (happy face). I had no idea what that one meant!
For the longest time, she would not let me see her list, and finally on the way to the fair she read it off. The one (with the smiley face) that I had been questioning was that Chloe, Mommy and Daddy all had to smile for two minutes. Where on earth did that come from? She sat in the back of the van, smiling and Todd and I, well all we could do was laugh! That counts, doesn't it?
